    Small, Useful, but slow
I purchased this netbook to use as a true laptop. My other notebook is too large, hot and heavy for lap or portable use.

It does everything expected, and more
This model uses the SSD drive (solid state drive- basically a built-in flash drive) of only 8 Gb. And it comes with an additional 8 Gb removable flash drive.

AspireI’m a Mac, but I’ve been impressed with this little guy–who seems to be able to do most of the same work as my former PC’s.

    perfect size
I like the notebook, and wanted something small. Didn’t realize that I needed to purchase a modem to make it work. Did that and it works very well for my purposes.

Great netbook for what I do
The Acer Aspire One does what I need it to do – I check my email, read the newspaper online, google while watching tv. Nothing fancy.
